When are the tutors available?

Generally speaking, the tutors at the Team Training Portal work from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm, excluding all bank and public Holidays and a 2 week break during the festive period, (TBC).

Tutors will provide unlimited email support to students and are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding the course. Our tutors aim to provide the best possible service to all our learners.

If you contact support they will generally answer any questions that you have within a 24 hour window from receiving your request, it can be shorter if the tutor is on-line whilst you are asking your questions, or this period may be extended during busy periods.

Please note, if you contact your tutor after 5:00pm on Friday evening or during weekends, the tutor will only be able to see your message on the following Monday morning. Thus, the 24 hour window will start from this period when they pick up your email.
